Child Safety & Anti-CSAE Policy for Stranger Chat

This Child Safety & Anti-CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation) Policy applies specifically to the mobile application “Stranger Chat” published on Google Play by developer RSIN. This document outlines our strict safety standards, enforcement actions, and reporting processes. The App is intended only for adults aged 18 and above.

1. Age Restriction

Stranger Chat is strictly for users aged 18+ only. We do not knowingly allow minors to access the app. We explicitly prohibit:

• Access to the app by users under 18
• Any depictions of minors in sexual or harmful contexts
• Grooming, solicitation, or predatory behavior toward minors

2. Zero-Tolerance for CSAE / CSAM

Stranger Chat enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or abusive contexts is strictly prohibited.

If CSAE or CSAM is detected, Stranger Chat will:

• Immediately remove the content
• Permanently ban the violating user
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate local authority, as required by law

3. Moderation & Prevention Practices

To protect users and prevent CSAE, Stranger Chat implements the following safety measures:

• Automatic and manual review of reported content
• Immediate removal of harmful or illegal content
• Strict enforcement of bans for violators
• Community guidelines that prohibit any sexual or harmful content

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report inappropriate content or suspected CSAE within the app using the built-in Report User feature. Additionally, users may contact our child-safety representative directly:

5. Cooperation With Authorities

Stranger Chat complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws regarding child safety. If CSAE or CSAM is confirmed, we will:

• Preserve required data for law enforcement
• Report to NCMEC or the relevant legal authority
• Fully support lawful investigations
